There are power naps… and then there’s this.
A woman in Texas has gone viral after police were called to reports of someone “passed out on a vehicle.” When officers arrived, they found her fast asleep on the roof of a parked sedan, blanket, headphones, and all — like it was the most normal thing in the world.
Witnesses say she’d climbed up there “for a bit of peace and quiet,” but ended up dozing off under the afternoon sun.
Police, clearly baffled, woke her up gently. Body-cam footage shows the woman rubbing her eyes and asking,
“Am I being arrested… or just evicted from my nap?”
The clip exploded online, with commenters divided between concern and admiration.
One user wrote:
“Honestly, sleeping on a car is the ultimate ‘I’m done with everyone today’ mood.”
Another joked,
“She found parking and accommodation — two birds, one stone.”
Authorities confirmed no charges were filed, just a polite request to “find somewhere a bit less… vehicular” to rest.
As one viral comment summed it up:
“2025 energy: tired, unbothered, and sleeping wherever life parks you.”
