A teenage boy in New York reportedly had the police called on him at a nightclub after he refused to throw money at a dancer, leaving staff and patrons in disbelief.
Witnesses say the girl in question demanded cash, but the boy politely declined — which somehow escalated into a call to security, and then eventually, local police.
Footage from the scene shows the teen standing awkwardly, hands raised in surrender, while officers try to calm the situation:
“I just came here for the music,” he reportedly said.
