According to reports, the woman had rented out her property through a short-term rental platform. She returned home expecting peace and quiet — only to find the house packed with over 50 people partying, loud music blasting, and furniture damaged.

“I was horrified,” the homeowner told UNILAD. “It looked like a club had exploded in my living room. This is my home — I didn’t rent it out for a rave.”

Neighbors reportedly called the police after the noise continued late into the night. Officers arrived to find the party in full swing, with guests attempting to hide bottles and music equipment.

“We had to ask everyone to leave,” one officer said. “It was a classic case of renters completely ignoring the rules of the property and disturbing the neighborhood.”

The homeowner’s social media post about the incident quickly went viral, with thousands commenting on her “renter horror story.” Many users expressed sympathy and shared similar experiences:

“This is exactly why I never rent my house on weekends,” one user wrote. “People have zero respect for other people’s property.”

The homeowner confirmed some minor damage to furniture and decorations, but said she was mainly upset about the lack of respect and the chaos left behind.

“I just want people to understand — renting a house doesn’t give you permission to trash it,” she added. “It’s my home, and I expect it to be treated with care.”

Police said no arrests were made, but the tenants could face fines and be banned from the rental platform for violating rules.
