Police footage that’s gone viral shows an impaired driver refusing to accept she’d failed not one, not two, but three sobriety tests in a row — while insisting she was “completely fine.”
Officers say they pulled her over after spotting her car drifting across the center line late at night. When they asked her to step out for a quick test, she giggled, kicked off her heels, and said, “Let’s get this over with, I’ve got yoga in the morning.”
What followed looked less like yoga and more like interpretive dance. She stumbled through the walk-and-turn, nearly tripped over her own bag, and then blamed the pavement for “not being level.”
When the breath test confirmed she was over the legal limit, she shook her head and said:
“That thing’s broken. I’ve only had… maybe two drinks?”
The clip has exploded online, with millions of views and a wave of comments:
“Two drinks, also known as twelve.”

Thankfully, no one was hurt — but police later confirmed she was charged with DUI and released after processing.
