Authorities in Riverside City were called into action Monday afternoon after a frantic parent reported that their infant had been abducted from a local park.
The Abduction
Police say the 8-month-old baby was in a stroller at Willow Creek Park when an unknown individual allegedly grabbed the child and fled. Witnesses reported seeing a person running toward a nearby alleyway, prompting bystanders to call 911 immediately.
Rapid Police Response
Officers arrived on the scene within minutes, establishing a perimeter around the park and canvassing the surrounding area. Police K-9 units were deployed, and nearby traffic cameras were reviewed for clues.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Maria Lopez said:

- Adult male, approximately 25–35 years old
