Some criminals have bad luck — but one thief’s decision to strike in front of police officers may go down as one of the worst mistakes ever.
According to authorities, the incident unfolded in broad daylight when a man attempted to snatch a woman’s purse on a busy street. What he didn’t notice was that uniformed officers were standing just a few feet away.
Witnesses say the thief grabbed the purse and tried to run, but he barely made it two steps before officers tackled him to the ground. “It was over in seconds,” one bystander said. “Everyone started laughing because the guy literally robbed someone with cops right there.”
